How guides are made
Each site guide is built on a fact dossier: live reachability of the target, its official domains and apps, documented blocking (OONI, court orders), and the category's legal context. The article text is generated from that dossier and checked against it.
Gates before publishing
- every number in a published article must exist in the dossier
- every domain mentioned must be in the dossier (no invented mirrors)
- category legal notes are mandatory
- a similarity gate rejects articles too close to anything already published
