The layers of legality
- Using circumvention tools (VPN, Tor, DoH, mirrors): legal almost everywhere; restricted or licensed in a handful of countries - named in the method guides.
- Circumventing a school/work filter: can violate your terms of use; on managed devices your activity may be logged.
- What you do after unblocking is a separate question: downloading copyrighted works, gambling at unlicensed operators, or age-restricted content may be illegal where you are - the category notes say so.
